Renting of property

What exactly is property rental?

The term "renting a property" refers to the situation where a person who has purchased a home as an investment or for personal use is moving or the home is just sitting there collecting dust.

Renting entails giving your property to X-Person for So-And-So Money in accordance with the price quoted by you* (be aware of the market rate in that area) because, according to the market, it will be simple for you to find a Tenant.

It's a process of different steps 

1) If the person like the property then he becomes your tenant.

2) We have to be aware about the agreement it's a deal between the owner(landlord) and the tenant.

3) Deposit is been given as security of the house for example 2months rent, 3months... Its not standard. 

4) There a mutual understanding of the land lord and tenant when & which date the rent should be paid.
